Ring Campus

Ring Campus / 12515 Cerise Ave,
Hawthorne, CA

VIEW PROJECT

12515 Cerise Avenue is a ground-up development built for Ring, an Amazon company with a work force of 1,300 people. The company manufactures a range of home security products that incorporate outdoor motion-based cameras and doorbells which stream live video and two-way audio straight to smartphones, tablets and PCs.

The 62,000 sq. ft. creative office and light manufacturing campus, designed by M-Rad Architects, offers easy access to LAX and the Los Angeles Metro’s rail system. Additionally, the campus includes a 589-space parking structure (oversized to accommodate buildings in the area with insufficient parking space).

With new breweries, restaurants, coffee shops and leisure facilities opening regularly, Hawthorne, which has a wide range of residential housing alternatives, has become the place to be for high-tech and creative-endeavor companies.
