VIEW PROJECT

This 9-story residential modern condominium building sits on a prime block front in the heart of Tribeca at 11 North Moore. A ground-up project completed in 2014 by Vella Group, the 85,000 square feet building was designed by Adjmi & Andreoli, with public spaces and landscaping by architects Sawyer/Berson.

The building has a limestone and steel façade with windows that are recessed 18 inches from the façade. The lobby has polished cement floors, 12-foot-6-inch-high ceilings, a granite plinth with integrated seating and a 26-foot-square library overlooking a courtyard garden with charred and lacquered brushed oak walls. The building has a doorman, a gym, a bicycle room, storage and a garden.

Apartments have 11-foot-high ceilings, very large windows set in a dark grey, powder-coated aluminum frame, 6-inchplank white-oak Siberian wood flooring, and motorized window shade control.

The 18 residences rang from 1,900 square feet three-bedroom homes to 3,000+ square feet four-bedroom homes; and four duplex penthouses. The latter average 3,500 square feet with set-back terraces, and one significant 7,000 square feet grand penthouse with a 18-foot-high ceiling, excellent views, and an approximately 3,800 square feet roof terrace with private pool, a Marvel 90-bottle under-counter wine refrigerator, and a 47-foot-long great room with fireplace.

Kitchens have Italian Dada cabinetry, Carrara Marble countertops and backsplashes, center island with 2-inch mitered Cararra marble waterfall countertops, Bosch stainless-steel, 5-burner cooktops, electric ovens and dishwashers, and Sub-Zero 36-inch refrigerators with gray oak front panels. Bathrooms have 24-inch-square Basaltina stone tile flooring, 24-by-12-inchstatuary marble wall times, Laufen-designed Wenge Wood double vanities, and Robern recessed frameless medicine cabinets.
